The On-Site Venue Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of your event. They are responsible for the set up and breakdown of all tables and chairs and setting tables: dinnerware, glassware, silverware, napkins, and linens. Additionally, the Venue Coordinator will oversee adherence to the event timeline by coordinating the activities of servers and bartenders. On the day of the event, the Venue Coordinator will liaise with other vendors, including photographers and DJs, to ensure that all parties are aligned. Throughout the event, they will also maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the rental spaces. Please note that the Venue Coordinator is not responsible for the placement of: centerpieces, decor, and other personal items provided by you.
